Darling Conference Room

APU faculty and staff may reserve the conference room through Outlook. Use the global address book to send a meeting request to Darling Conference Room for the date and time you need.

Conference Room Information:

The Darling Conference Room holds up to 14 people. There are 14 chairs in the room with a large conference table in the middle of the room.

Food: Food is allowed in the conference room. Arrangements can be made with the Banquet Services by the user. Clean up is the responsibility of the user or arrangements must to be made with Banquet Services by the user to have them return to clean up.

Kitchen Use: The library’s kitchen is available on a limited basis. Again, it is the user’s responsibility to clean up. Please do not leave trays and other dirty items in the kitchen.

After Library Regular Hours Use: The user must make arrangements with Campus Security for any use of the room after regular library hours. Additionally, the user must complete the “Libraries After Hours Request” form.

Non-APU Users: This room is available upon approval by the Library’s Administration for use by non- APU users. Contact the library dean's office at (626) 815-6000, Ext. 5266 for more information.

Library Classrooms

Library classrooms are available in both Darling (Berger Computer Training Center) and Marshburn (Sakioka Computer Training Center) Libraries. APU faculty and staff may reserve these rooms, except during library-use-only periods at the beginning of each semester.

For more information, and to submit a reservation request, use the following webpages;

Berger Computer Training Center (Darling Library)

Sakioka Computer Training Center (Marshburn Library)

Group Study Rooms

Study rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis in both Darling and Marshburn Libraries. Reservations are not accepted.

For more information, see the Study Rooms page on the library website.
