LINK+ libraries are supposed to suppress their e-book records when uploading their holdings, since those are usually licensed only for local users. Unfortunately, not all libraries follow that guideline, which means that when you see an ebook in LINK+, there’s a 99% chance that you won’t be able to access it—as is the case with this title.

If there are no print copies available in any LINK+ library, we should be able to get the book for you through Interlibrary Loan (no charge!). You can fill out the ILL request form here: http://www.apu.edu/library/services/interlibrary/form/
