As a Los Angeles Pacific University patron, you may be asked for your PIN when using some of APU's online library resources or services. Your initial PIN is the same as your Password, 5-digit UC ID #. It is the same # you used to login to the library. This is your inital PIN because you can change your PIN by going to the main library page, clicking "My Library Account," and then clicking the "Modify PIN" link on the left side. ‚Äč

You will see the following Login screen when you do one of the following: 

  • Click on "My Library Account" on the library's main page
  • Request an item owned by the libraries and have it sent to the Darling or Marshburn Library for a pick up or to your home if you live 15 miles or further from campus (which includes a post-paid return envelop)
  • Request a book through LINK+
  • Request an article through ArticleReach

There are no additional charges for these services for LAPU patrons.

This is what the screen looks like in each of the above cases:

For exampe: 

First or Last Name might be Jonathan or Smith (care may need to be taken for shorter names that the system does not know you by such as Jon vs. Jonathan).

Los Angeles Pacific University ID#: 12345

PIN: 12345 or another number if your initial PIN was changed in the "Modify PIN" link in your "My Library Account."
