Q. Hello My search request consistently return with a "Tomcat" error message. Can anyone explain what's hapening? Thank you!

Sorry you're having this Tomcat error. We've found it happens when you need to clear your broswer's cache/cookies. You can find instructions for clearing your cache here: http://kb.iu.edu/data/ahic.html

Also, this error may be cleared up by just using another broswer (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari). But it's best to clear your cache on the browser you were using. Clearing your cache on all your borwsers is a good idea to do occationaly.
