On the main page of the library (apu.edu/library) click on the word catalog. In the catalog screen, in the upper right corner click the drop down menu "(Specialized Searchers)" and choose ISBN/ISSN and click the arrow to the right of this menu.

Note: the library has a pocy where it does not usually add textbooks that are purchased from the bookstore.

On the next screen type in the ISBN without dashes. If we have it click the title to bring up the record and record the call number and note the location.

If the library does not own that book, you will see a browse screen showing where it would have been located. To see if you can request a copy from the LINK+ system, on the right side of your screen, click the LINK+ icon. If the record for the book comes up, click the title then click the link "X LINK+ libraries have this item" to see if there are any available copies.

If there is an available copy, next click "REQUEST THIS ITEM" and follow the instructions. IN the drop down menu choose to pick up the book in Marshburn Library or Darling Library. It takes 2-3 days for the book to come to the library. You will receive an email when it is ready to be picked up.
