Web of Science recently switched to a new platform, and I've seen these session errors popping up a lot. I contacted technical support; they recommended clearing out my browser's cache and cookies and then re-doing the search, which seemed to fix the problem.
To clear your browser cache and cookies, follow these instructions: http://www.bnl.gov/itd/webapps/browsercache.asp. Then re-start your browser and repeat your search in Multi-Database Search.
