Q. Can USC students use the Darling Library for reading and studying?

At this point, there is no policy that prohibits non-APU students from using our library facilities for reading and studying. However, if there is a need to check out any books or to use any of APU Libraries' online databases, non-APU students will be asked to purchase a courtesy card for $20.
