Clicking the "request" link from the Full Text Finder window always takes you to a request page, with certain fields (journal title and date) flagged in red. This gives you the opportunity to review and change your request (if necessary) before submitting it.

As long as the red fields are filled in (which should be done automatically if you're using the request link from Full Text Finder), then the request should go through when you scroll down and click "Submit."

If the request is not going through when you click "Submit", then you need to clear our your browser's cache/cookies. You can find instructions for clearing your cache here (it's actually a good idea to do this periodically anyway!):

If you don't want to clear out your browser cache, you can also try re-submitting the request from a different browser (i.e., Firefox if you're using Internet Explorer, or vice versa).
