APU does have several drug guides & handbooks available as well as a couple of databases:
- Uptodate - Uptodate has a drug guide on its site, you can also register on this link then download the app to use it on your phone. Just so you know you will have to go to this link every 3 months, log in and confirm that you are still a student at APU to continue using the App.
- AHFS Consumer Medication Information - AHFS Consumer Medication Information is a trusted source and recognized standard for patient drug information, available in both English and Spanish. More information about it can be found here.
- There is a Research Guide that lists several ebooks that APU has purchased - you can view it by going to the Health Sciences Virtual Library.
