Begin fresh by logging into your Zoom account by going to https://zoom.us/signin In the bottom left of the page click the "SSO" icon. Next type "apu" as the domain name and click continue. This should allow you to log into the licensed version of Zoom using your APU credentials. You will know it is done correctly when you see apu at the beginning of the URL in the address bar.
