APU/LAPU Students & Faculty can now export large files of records, (up to 25,000) from the EBSCOhost result list. When you select to export up to 25,000 records, you are emailed a link to a downloadable file that can be imported into bibliographic software, such as RefWorks, EndNote, Procite, or Zotero.

To export up to 25,000 results:

  1. Click the down arrow to the left of the Results number.

  2. Click on Export Results.

  3. Enter your e-mail address and select a preferred export format from the options on the right. (Select RIS for Zotero, EndNote, or Mendeley). Then click on Send.

  4. EBSCO e-mails you a link to download an export file (be sure to download it within 7 days) which you can import into your bibliographic software.

  5. Follow the directions on the Zotero User Guide to import into Zotero. For other tools, follow the directions for those tools.

Want to try this yourself? Go to this link, then follow the directions above.
